Our patented AWT-System is revolutionary solution for hot wire foam cutters. It is most important thing to keep wire well streched through entire cutting process, in order to get best cutting results. Spring or pneumatic tensioners don’t quarranty perfect tensioning, because they always have limited range. They usually have range 0-20cm, which is not enough, especially in machines with long wires, over 150cm. LYNX AWT-System provides unlimited cont\stant tensioning. Even if wire streches 30cm, 50cm, or more, it will always be perfectly tensioned.
