Innovative automatic wire tensioners
We are proud to announce, that since 2016 we sell our foam cutters with an innovative system – automatic wire tensioners. The AWT are powered by motors, not by springs or pneumatic tensioners. This makes them more precise, and effective. Having cutter with a long wire, there are often problems to keep good stretch of the wire, during the whole cutting process. This is because with spring and pneumatic tensioners, you have limited stretching range. With our Automatic Wire Tensioners, stretching range is unlimited – even if wire extend by 30cm, 50cm or even 100cm!
