LYNX TERMCUT foam plotters, models: M-200, M-250, M-300, are professional, industrial machines, with very wide working area, and long wire (from 2000mm up to 3000mm). They are used for mass production of long elements, mostly: building insulations, molding profiles ( decorative facets, profiles, brackets, quoins, etc) , styrofoam pipe casing, construction elements etc.

This models are very rigid, thanks to double-framed construction, built on high class specialized aluminium profiles, reinforced with steel elements. All moving parts are made on bearings. Thanks to this construction solutions, our machines can work fast and are very precise, at whole points of working area.

A hot wire in every model cuts with it’s whole length. And the wire  temperature is the same in every point of it – same on the sides  and in the middle. So if a foam is narrower than a hot wire in your machine,no matter where you place it, the cutting result will be the same.

We assure you, that after giving machine good settings for the foam and wire, the cutting results will be perfect – smooth surface and precise result of cutting and identical shape of element in every point of it. Finding prefect presets is very easy, and you will be taught how to find them during the training.
