LYNX TERMCUT MW line multi-wire foam cutters are professional industrial machines dedicated to the high-volume production of long elements, e.g., building insulation, decorative profiles, brackets, protective covers for pipes, and other structural components.

The multi-wire cutting machines from the TERMCUT MW line are built from steel-reinforced aluminum profiles. The dual-axis design makes these machines robust and rigid, while the bearings make the motion of the moving parts swift and smooth, maintaining precision across the entire working area.

In multi-wire foam cutters, all wires are cut along their entire length, keeping the temperature of the wires consistent, whether it’s on the sides or in the center. Even if the foam is narrower than the hot wire the cutting outcome will remain the same, regardless of its placement.

Operating the machine is highly user-friendly, and we provide training to quickly master all settings and features.
