Window sills insulation from EPS or XPS foam

The installation of passive window sills is a standard in modern construction and a way to achieve optimal thermal parameters of a building. Insulated window sills are made with thermal insulation profiles cut from EPS or XPS foam, which are placed in the space below the window. Such a profile, in order to fulfill its function, should be perfectly tailored to the window dimensions. The use of CNC  cutting machines allows for automatic cutting of components to size, even in mass production.

  • How to prepare design file?

    The design file can be prepared directly in the CAD program, which is standard equipment of each CNC foam cutter. You can also import vector graphics previously prepared with such tools as AutoCAD, Corel Draw, or Adobe Illustrator.

  • What file formats does the CNC cutter support?

    Our software supports import of EPS, AI, DXF, DWG, PLT (HPGL), and G-CODE files.

  • Will the ready elements be identical and repeatable?

    Yes! Our goal is to come up with cutters that meet highest standards. The final elements will be identical regardless of the material type.

  • Does operating the CNC foam cutter require advanced skills?

    No! Our software is intuitive. Operating training (which is a part of our service) requires only a few hours of training. The software features and settings are installed and configured ,so even operators with no prior experience with similar devices won’t meet any obstacles or difficulties using it.
