The insulated foundations, made using stay-in-place formwork, allows to save time and budget during construction proccess. This technology utilizes styrofoam blocks, which become part of the foundation slab and create thermal insulation. EPS foam formwork can be easily produced using a CNC hot wire cutting machine, quickly obtaining a series of blocks of the same size.
LYNX TERMCUT U line of hot wire cutters are CNC machines with a large working area, used for the production of elements of different ranges and lengths.
The design file can be prepared directly in the CAD program, which is standard equipment of each CNC foam cutter. You can also import vector graphics previously prepared with such tools as AutoCAD, Corel Draw, or Adobe Illustrator.
Our software supports import of EPS, AI, DXF, DWG, PLT (HPGL), and G-CODE files.
